Privacy
We collect only what we need to reply to an inquiry: your name, email, and the details you choose to share about your event. We don't sell or share it. Waitlist emails are used to tell you when dates open, nothing more — you can leave at any time.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of essential cookies to function. Non-essential cookies are off by default; you choose whether to turn them on. Your choice is stored locally on your device.
Commissions
A commission is confirmed with a deposit and a signed brief. Dates are limited and held in order of confirmation. Final design, flavour, and delivery details are agreed in writing before production.
Cancellations
Because each cake is made to order, deposits are non-refundable inside four weeks of the event. We'll always try to find a workable path if plans change.
Accessibility statement
We want this site to work for everyone. It's built with semantic landmarks, keyboard-reachable controls with visible focus states, text that meets AA contrast, alternatives for every image, and full support for reduced-motion preferences — when you ask your system to reduce motion, the scroll animations become simple fades and nothing becomes unreachable.
If anything here gets in your way, tell us and we'll fix it. Reach the studio through the commission form and note that it's an accessibility issue — we treat those first.
