For weddings and larger events, two to three months is ideal — we hold a limited number of dates each month and they fill in order. For smaller dinner-party cakes, a few weeks is often enough. Ask anyway; we sometimes have a late opening.

Yes. We deliver and set up across the five boroughs and nearby. Delivery radius and timing are confirmed per commission, and larger tiered cakes are always set up on site rather than handed over in a box.

Most of the time, with notice. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, so we can’t guarantee a fully allergen-free environment — but we regularly make gluten-free and dairy-free cakes. Tell us early and we’ll be straight with you about what’s possible.

Most celebration cakes land between $650 and $2,400, depending on scale and the amount of sugar-flower work. You’ll get a clear figure after the first conversation, before any deposit.
