A three-tier in green and cream for a riverside wedding — sugar grasses set so the cake looks grown rather than arranged.
A wedding at a house on the water, in late spring, with a garden doing most of the decorating. The couple didn’t want the cake to fight the view, so we pulled the green of the lawn into it: soft sage tiers, sugar grasses, a few wildflower stems leaning the way the wind had them.
Three slim tiers in a muted sage buttercream, combed for a linen texture. The greenery is all sugar — wired grasses and small flowers, dusted in three tones and angled so it reads as still growing rather than placed.
Made here in lemon & elderflower to keep it garden-light. Equally good as almond & brown-butter for a wedding running later into the night.
Ordered for outdoor and garden weddings, riverside and orchard venues — anywhere the room is already beautiful and the cake should agree with it.

It looked like it had walked in from the garden and sat down. Several people tried to smell it.
I do floral design for a living and I couldn’t tell the sugar grass from the real thing until I touched it. Then I touched all of it.
